We'd love to have you and your family join us! Here's a little bit of what to expect:

 

As a Church family, we would like to welcome you during our time of fellowship. You will find that Gospel Center's congregation of believers is full of loving, caring, and friendly people who desire to serve and worship the Lord together.

Preaching

Our pastor often utilizes a expositional style of preaching in the delivery of the Word during our Worship Service. Information is presented in a memorable and orderly way for those who like to take notes or just sit back and listen. In the event you do not have a copy of God's Word, scriptures referenced in the Pastor's sermon are displayed on the screen so that you may follow along.

Worship

Worship services typically include praise and worship and traditional congregational hymns led by our choir.  Song lyrics are projected on the screen so you may sing along or engage as you feel comfortable.

Bible Study

We encourage you to bring your own Bible, however, we are happy to provide one for you as we open God's Word together.  Additional worksheets/handouts are often provided.

What should I wear?

Dress is casual, so be yourself (many people will be in jeans).  We want you to come as you are and enjoy the worship, fellowship, teaching and preaching.

How long are your services?

All services typically last about an hour.  Additional information about each Services may be found below.

​

What about my kids?

While children are welcome to attend our worship service, we offer a nursery for kids from birth to pre-K, and Children's Church for grades K-5.  Children's church consists of a mini service of teaching and singing just for kids.

SERVICE DETAILS

Sunday Morning

• Sunday School

  • Sunday School begins at 10 a.m. in the sanctuary, followed by class time at 10:15 a.m.

  • Age appropriate classes are provided for people of all ages - nursery through senior adults.

• Worship Service

  • Worship Service begins at 11 a.m. and lasts about one hour.

  • Childcare is provided during Service for kids from birth to pre-K, if needed.

  • People of all ages attend the Service together in the sanctuary.

• Dress is casual, so be yourself (many people will be in jeans).

Sunday Evening

• From September to May, we offer an evening Bible study for teens and adults starting at 6 p.m. in our fellowship hall.

• Bible study lasts about one hour.

• Dress is casual.

​

Wednesday Evening

• Every Wednesday, we offer an evening prayer/Bible study for teens and adults starting at 7 p.m. in the Sanctuary.

• The Bible study held on Wednesday evenings differs from the study held on Sunday evenings.

• Prayer/Bible study lasts about one hour.

• Dress is casual.
